If you are having a tiered cake, then please feel free to choose more than one flavour although we do suggest Fruit Cake makes a good base for structure.

Packed with luscious brandy soaked fruit, covered with marzipan and fondant

Royal Icing

I have a PME Diploma in Royal Icing, so I am able to provide a range of techniques on my cakes including covering with thin layers of royal icing, as well as intricate extension work, embroidery, run out decorations such as swans, and many more techniques.
