The Rose Petal team recently provided buffet catering for a 60th birthday party in Southwick, West Sussex.
We started by serving a selection of stylish canapes, including
- Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Melon Skewers with Balsamic Glaze
- Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Bites
- Hummus and Pepper Bites
We provided a delicious buffet for over 100 guests, including salad bowls, homemade quiches, and our extra special lemon and dill sides of salmon. Our food was enjoyed by all in a beautiful garden setting, the perfect way to celebrate in the summer!
We finished the evening by laying out a stunning dessert table - consisting of our delicious homemade mini fruit pavlovas, strawberry tarts, raspberry cheesecakes, lemon drizzle squares, and ganache topped gooey chocolate brownies!
