How it Works

Step 1 - Enquire

Get in touch to check availability for your date.

Step 2 - Tasting

You'll be invited to a consultation at our café in Shoreham-by-Sea, where you can enjoy a tasting and chat through your vision for the day.

Step 3 - Preparation

We’ll liaise with your venue and take care of all the details, from set-up to service to clear-down, with our friendly, professional waiting staff.

Step 4 - Your Wedding Day

Relax and enjoy your special day while we serve a beautiful afternoon tea to you and your guests.

Pricing

Our Wedding Afternoon Tea catering is priced at £45 per person.

(based on a minimum of 50 guests).

This includes:

Full table service for you and your guests
Friendly, professional waiting staff
Beautiful vintage crockery (teapots, cups, saucers, tea stands, milk jugs)
All necessary serving equipment

We include delivery for venues within West Sussex and Brighton and Hove. For venues outside of this area, delivery charges will be quoted separately.

What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Shoreham-by-Sea and cater across Sussex. Delivery within West Sussex and Brighton & Hove is included.

For other areas, delivery is quoted separately.

Is there a minimum number of guests?
Yes, our wedding packages are priced based on a minimum of 50 guests.

Can we try the food before booking?
Of course! We offer a consultation and tasting at our café in Shoreham-by-Sea so you can experience our afternoon tea before your big day.

Do you provide staff and equipment?
Yes, everything is included, from professional waiting staff and table service to vintage crockery, teapots, cake stands, and all serving equipment.
