Watermelon Punch tastes perfect when eaten with Rose Petal cakes and bakes! So we thought we would let you in with the secret of how to make it...
Ingredients:
1 Whole Watermelon
1/4 Honeydew Melon
500ml Lemonade
Method:
1) Slice a watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh of one half. Place it in a blender and pulse until liquified. Place juice through a sieve to ensure smooth. Place in a fridge to chill.
2) Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from the remaining half of the watermelon and the honeydew melon. Place these into the hollowed out watermelon.
3) Fill the watermelon half way with fresh watermelon juice and fill the rest of the way up with lemonade. Pour into glasses or enjoy with straws.
