Sussex is an amazing place to get married because of the beautiful landscapes of picturesque countryside. Sussex has incredible wedding venues available for your special day including exquisite barns. I love that barns have a lovely romantic cosy feel as well as having incredible views!

1. The Sussex Barn, Hellingly
The Sussex Barn is a beautiful 400 year old Grade 2 Listed Oak Framed Barn with incredible countryside views, ample parking and exclusive access to the barn and the courtyard on your wedding day as well as the day before for setting up, making this a perfect venue for your wedding day!

2. Selden Barns, Patching

Selden Barns is a stunning wedding venue in West Sussex, there is a beautiful ceremony room which can seat up to 100 guests and the grand barn features an integrated raised dance floor! This summer, I created two wedding cakes for weddings at the barn and it was beautiful, the staff were really friendly and the venue was customised and decorated to suit each of the couples. I love the fairy lights in the grand barn it creates a special romantic atmosphere.

3. Farbridge Barns, Chichester
Farbridge Barns is nestled in the picturesque South Downs National Park and is the perfect barn wedding venue because the Meadow Ceremony Barn is a beautiful light-filled barn and there is an underfloor heating system in the venue and accommodation to create a cosy atmosphere, there is also air-conditioning for hot summers days.

4. Fitzleroi Barn, Pulborough
Fitzleroi Barn is a relaxed family-run wedding venue, set amongst gorgeous farmland of West Sussex. The venue has a beautiful courtyard which is the perfect place for reception drinks and a perfect spot for group photographs. Fitzleroi Farm has panoramic views of the South Downs and it’s open farm provides the perfect stage for the most incredible sunsets!

5. Upwaltham Barns, Chichester

6. Southend Barns, Chichester
Southend Barns is a perfect choice for your wedding venue, my favourite things about Southend Barns are that they care so much about the details for your wedding day such as lovely flowers in the bathrooms, umbrellas and even marshmallows to toast on the fire pit. They have a wonderful outside ceremony spot which is set amidst peaceful scenery.

7. Brookfield Barn, Lower Beeding
Brookfield Barn is a beautiful rustic wedding venue, it is located near Horsham. The gorgeous oak-framed barn has exquisite panoramic views of the lake and grounds. The venue is available for exclusive use and this includes use of the beautiful Bridal Suite and a separate Prep Room. The venue also has six lovely modern bedrooms, these would be perfect for overnight guests.
